Consolidated Edison Utility Bill Analysis Tool

This tool performs a simple utility bill analysis for a Consolidated Edison electric or gas customer. Daily weather data is extracted from the National Climatological Data Center (NCDC) for the given locations. The electric and gas data is imported from the Consolidated Edison My Account system.
